300 EXC HARDENDURO 2025

Made of high-strength aluminium

Improved braking performance

Required for using a 270 mm brake disc and 2-piston Brembo brake caliper

Protects the brake disc in the event of a fall

High stiffness and strength

Protects the rear brake disc from stones and other solid obstacles

CNC milled from high-strength aluminium

Lighter than series components

Improved braking performance

Specially developed for use in motocross

No O- or Z-rings > minimum loss of power and good durability

Visual highlight

Silencer housing made of high-grade titanium

Uncompromising race look

Sensitive response

Increased performance

Improved throttle response and increases in both power and torque

Substantial weight saving

Saving almost 20% weight compared to the stock expansion chamber (ca. 0,4 kg)

Floating

Outer ring made of stainless high-performance brake steel

Minimal wear on brake pads

With Flame design for added braking performance

Uncompromising race look

Extremely light

Open design

Attached directly at the levers with a special mounting

Only mountable with Brembo brake system

Toolless adjustment of the spring preload

Enables the adjustment of the "Ride Balance"

More preload = more oil pressure = more hold-up

No loss of comfort with more preload

Higher opening pressure compared to standard

Installed in the standard clutch, which means simple, uncomplicated and fast installation

Unlimited and total concentration on the perfect line

New generation of Rekluse centrifugal clutch with EXP technology

Easily adjustable from the outside via the clutch slave cylinder

No stalling of the engine in critical situations, such as braking, downhill runs, jumping, or when starting or pushing

Improved traction, controllable by the throttle alone

Slippery, extremely steep sections can be managed more easily > saves time and ensures faster lap times

More relaxed, fatigue-free and controlled riding, even over longer distances and in tough terrain

No more coupling is required, although it is still possible

Special rear brake conversion kit available, allowing braking of the rear wheel with the left hand

Tested in the toughest conditions

New generation of Rekluse centrifugal clutch with EXP 4.0 technology

This mat is already mandatory for many races

The special material mix absorbs overflowing fuel

The mat also facilitates the retrieval of tools, screws and other small parts during service work

Complies with FIM regulations

Rubberised back

Size: 200cm x 100cm

Teeth made of high-strength steel, for an extra long service life

Aluminium centre section, reduces unsprung masses

Permanently joined together with high-strength rivets

At least three times longer service life than other aluminium rear sprockets

50% lighter than steel rear sprockets

Longer service life of the entire drivetrain kit

Sprockets with different teeth number as stock are CCCUO_EU!
